1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 1888JL website accessible at https://1888jl.net, its mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 1888JL platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by 1888JL subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot, fishing game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, bet, win, or bonus credit recorded on a Player's Account.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1888JL platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as the 1888JL Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 1888JL mobile application. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 1888JL, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1888JL, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1888JL or any recognized gaming authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

1888JL reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification of the original payment method.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 1888JL platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 1888JL immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1888JL platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 1888JL accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise stated on the Platform's cashier page.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 1888JL reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or as otherwise stated on the Platform's cashier page.
• Fees: 1888JL does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1888JL accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1888JL offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns such as the New Year Gold Sparkle promotion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• 1888JL reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• 1888JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 1888JL platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• 1888JL does not manipulate game outcomes. All game providers used by the Platform are subject to independent testing and certification.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the Platform's server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that occur during a game round do not automatically entitle a Player to a refund or win. 1888JL will investigate such incidents on a case-by-case basis.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 1888JL reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• 1888JL reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1888JL platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any such discovery must be reported to 1888JL immediately.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

1888JL is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available through your Account settings or by contacting 1888JL support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the Account will be suspended for the requested period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1888JL platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1888JL or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1888JL.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 1888JL trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1888JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Technical errors, data loss, or system failures beyond the reasonable control of 1888JL.
• Reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1888JL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

12 Privacy & Data

1888JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1888JL implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 1888JL cannot guarantee absolute data security.

13 Amendments

1888JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1888JL will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

1888JL operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
